Delivery & Order Processing Information

Processing Your Order - The latest time for despatching same day is 12 Noon.

Initially you will see your order in a Pending Status, this will quickly change as we start to process your order. We will be emailing you as your order progresses or you can track online - ORDER HISTORY

  • Pending - means you have successfully place your order but we have not started processing it yet.
  • Awaiting Processing - means we have seen your order and starting to process it.
  • Being Picked - we are collating your items.
  • Customer Service - this will mean there is something we need to liaise with you about.  You can contact our dedicated Customer Care on Tel: 01271 850278 or email 
  • To Be Sourced - The item you wanted is not in stock and we are sourcing it or finding an alternative for you.
  • Ordered From Supplier - your item was out of stock and has been ordered from our supplier
  • Back Order - The item you wanted is not in stock and we have it on back order with our supplier. This means your item is secured and will be sent to us as soon as it is available.
  • Awaiting Dispatch - your order is packaged and awaiting collection by our courier and you are emailed with the tracking no.
  • Shipped - it is on its way and you can track it with the tracking no we sent to you.

We then finish off sometimes with a quick courtesy call just to check everything is OK.


On adding your item or items into the cart you will then be able to see different delivery options.  If you receive an error message saying unable to process please contact us on 01271 850278 and we are sure to be able to help you.

Delivery time is from the date of dispatch, not from the date your order is placed.  The latest time for despatching the same day is 12 Noon.

3 - 4 day delivery for orders placed by 12.30am

Express Delivery - £9.00

Next day delivery for orders placed by 12.00am- Please note if this is a small item it might be sent Royal Mail 1st Class.


Pallet Delivery

We offer pallet delivery in the UK within Zone 1 at a price of £55 per Pallet - Please phone us prior to placing your order on 01271 850278.

Orders to the following regions are despatched by Royal Mail

UK Highlands and Islands.

They also exclude Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands

Not all items are able to be exported - if you see There Is No Shipping Method For Your Selection - then there is an item that can not be shipped to you so please contact us.

Errors and Omissions: - Please note that the prices quoted are estimated prices and to the best of our ability correct - however from time to time errors and price changes can happen and so we reserve the right to withdraw the item should it be unviable for us to despatch at the price offered, in this case we will offer a full refund or the option to pay the extra.

We use Parcel Force for our Premium Dispatch Service, here is what is available to you for the tracking and delivering of your order

  • Online real-time tracking and proof of delivery
  • Email dispatch notification
  • SMS dispatch notification
  • Delivery to a local Post Office if you are not in
  • Delivery direct to a local Post Office for you to collect
  • No signature required option or we can leave your goods with a neighbour or in a safe place - Add any special instructions to your order.
  • Saturday delivery when your are more likely to be home
